Eckhart Tolle says “Life is an adventure; it is not a package tour. If you are dissatisfied in the unsettled state, you can’t hear the guiding messages.”
Many people are feeling a sense of disruption and discord in our world today. And I know many of you are experiencing unease. You may feel on edge or you may even feel your sense of hope is faltering. Try to change your perspective of the situation. Move away from feeling overwhelmed to feeling a sense of strength and hope. Make hope your power source. Because hope is always available. Anything can be a miracle, blessing, and opportunity if you choose to see it that way.
When you see life through lenses of hope, everything can change. I know it is very challenging when you are going through storms. However, what looks like a dark patch or a setback can actually be a beautiful turning point. Maya Angelou used to say, “There is always a rainbow in the clouds”. Choose to feel love even when there is a conflict. And how do you do it? You activate your choice muscle, expand your awareness and your life changes.
Remember, when you are faced with a difficult situation, you always have the choice of two reactions: hope or despair. When you choose hope, you open your heart and mind, and very naturally you begin to imagine other possibilities. Go for it now because hope lives in this moment and every moment.”
